this is illegal to me because there was so much of na. that. can you explain from a legal perspective what was out of lines? one of the things that jumps out to me is how kenneth which he has kenneth chesebro is telling saying one of the things this will accomplish is to buy additional time for pending litigation. we know on december 14th, the deadline to certify electors, there was no pending litigation, much less any litigation of any type until six minutes before that deadline in new mexico. new mexico is not among the states included here, and yet we know from paragraph 64 of the indictment, they eventually advanced the fake elector plot in new mexico as well. why is this memo being called the missing link for jack smith? you have a paper trail, the first memo they called the wisconsin memo in the indictment. there s clear language that says, look, just in case. this is just to preserve our options.
