The women leader of the Labour Party (LP) in the Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna state, Victoria Chintex is dead. She died on Monday after gunmen invaded her residence in Kaura and shot her. Edward Buju, Publicity Secretary of the LP in the Southern Kaduna senatorial zone confirmed the killing in a statement. It was gathered that Victoria’s husband was also shot in his leg but was rushed to a medical facility where he is currently receiving treatment.
