A former grocery store looks set to become a café if plans are approved by Fenland District Council.
Mr and Mrs Dennis have applied for permission for a new shop front to 50 Hill Street, Wisbech, which was formerly the Baltic International Food and adjoins Bygones Restaurant.
They also want to make alterations to the inside of the building and permission for an outside seating area, which a supporting statement drawn up by Peter Humphrey and Associates on behalf of the applicants explains will be located on the vast public area in front of the proposed café, which is owned/controlled by the council .
