Westonbirt School is to transform into Hogwarts for the day and offer Harry Potter-themed lockdown learning. The school usually holds an annual Harry Potter day for Year 6 pupils from surrounding primary and prep schools. This year they are offering the lessons online to all schools, parents and children who would like to get involved. Westonbirt Prep Head, Mr Price, who will be appearing as a Minister for Magic on the day, said: “In joining Harry Potter day, children will have an opportunity to be rapt in the magic, awe and wonder of Rowling s world whilst using this inspiration to hone writing skills and ignite their own creative sparks.”
