Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh launched the Water Treatment Plant at Chingkheiching for Imphal city and the Water Treatment Plant at TV Tower, Laiwangma part II.
Chingkhai Ching water scheme will be reaching Cheirao Ching water reservoir within a few days and will help improve the water crisis, Manipur PHED Minister MLA Sushindro said.
