An Eastern Cape man standing trial for allegedly murdering his wife has had new charges of assault added against him. Yibanathi McGyver Ndema is on trial at the Mthatha high court, sitting in Butterworth. On Wednesday, NPA senior prosecutor advocate Sibusiso Nolutshungu added three charges of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
