The family of a businesswoman, Sarah Dosekun, is in distress following her sudden disappearance while on her way to attend a vigil at the Celestial Church of Christ, Calvary Parish 1 in the Ogba area of Lagos State.
PUNCH Metro gathered that Sarah boarded a bus from the Mowe area of Ogun State last Thursday to the Ogba area of Lagos.
Sarah’s daughter, Janet, said the family members lost communication with her mother when she got to Asese bus stop on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, adding that the 67-year-old had remained incommunicado since then.
Janet said, “She (Sarah) left home around 7.15pm for a church vigil. But while on her way, she called around 7.54pm to inform us that she had got to Asese bus stop. Since then, her number hasn’t connected.

A 32-year-old man, Tunde Bello, has been arrested by men of the Ogun State Command of the Nigeria Police Force for allegedly kidnapping and raping of 29-year- old female passenger.
The suspect reportedly took the victim in his commercial car at about 5am from Ogunrun Road, Mowe, Ogun State to Lagos.
The victim was reported to be going to her office in Lagos when she was taken in the car by her abductor who later raped her and collected a ransom before releasing her.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, disclosed this on Friday.
An angry mob has burnt to death three suspected thieves in the Aseese area of Mowe in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State. The suspects were beaten to death and their vehicle set ablaze on the suspicion of theft.
At the scene of the incident, policemen from Mowe Division saved two other persons from being killed. Reacting to the incident, the Ogun State Police Command’s spokesman, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, expressed concerns at the rate members of the public take laws into their own hands, accusing okada riders as fond of embarking on the barbaric act.
The motorcyclists have been accused of attacking motorists involved in an accident with any of their members and also setting such vehicles ablaze regardless of whether their member is at fault or not.

SOME residents of the Aseese area of Mowe in the Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State have reportedly beaten three persons to death.
The residents allegedly held five travellers with their vehicle on the suspicion of theft and killed three of them.
It was gathered that after the residents beat three of the five persons to death, they set their vehicle ablaze.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this on Monday.
Oyeyemi said the quick intervention of police from Mowe Division saved the other two from being murdered.
