After nearly a year of planning, Hillsboro City Council voted in a split decision to approve an ordinance creating a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) in uptown Hillsboro during their Thursday, June 15 meeting.
Free movies will be shown in Erie s Perry Square and in Edinboro. The SeaWolves will show movies for $5. Sunset Drive In is $9 for adults, $4 for 7-11.
