(Jan. 13, 2020) If you are a University of Kentucky employee who has made a commitment to better well-being in 2021, a MoveWell membership through UK Human Resources Health and Wellness may help you achieve your goals. Now there are three membership options to accommodate your available time, your location and your workout style: the traditional MoveWell membership, MoveWell Virtual membership and All Access Fitness membership.
The MoveWell memberships offer three different options:

all in-person group fitness classes
all virtual classes
