MOUNTAIN BROOK, Ala. (WBRC) - Heavy rains brought major flooding to Mountain Brook Tuesday. Some of the water got into Mountain Brook Junior High School.
The parking lot started flooding Tuesday afternoon around 1:30 p.m. A school leader said the water got high enough to go into the building and affect offices and rooms on the first floor.
Students were still at school and parents started showing up to take them home.
