Maryland private equity firm connected to Hudson Automotive buys from Reed family
A private equity firm connected to a South Carolina-based automotive dealership establishing a strong local presence has paid $3.56 million for an Antioch property, with the seller an entity affiliated with Nashville’s Reed family.
According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Hanover, Maryland-based Redwood Capital Investments now owns the property, located at
Billionaire Jim Davis oversees Redwood, which in late 2020 paid $6.9 million for the South Nashville property to which Charleston-based Hudson Automotive will locate in the future (read more
here). Davis is co-founder of Allegis Group, which bills itself as the largest staffing firm in the U.S., with cousin Steve Bisciotti, the majority owner of the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens.

Hugh, where is this? Will ask HHS and get back to you. Most I have seen are shorter/wider but perhaps most is buried. Is it for sake somewhere? Council very poor at protecting parish boundary markers. Looks real to me

It s been rescued from a building job and given to me - more about our heritage heroes anon.

It would good to know how the numbering system worked - then we might be able to find out it s original location and finally liberate it. :-)
