Baltimore police said they believe a 17-year-old squeegee worker was targeted in a shooting Tuesday.It s the third time in the past few days that someone shot a minor in Baltimore.Police said the teen will survive his injuries. A man who just happened to be driving by said he had to shield himself from the gunfire and tried to do what he could to help.The witness, who does not want to be identified, described his frantic call to police after he pulled up by a group of young people squeegeeing windows near the intersection of Mt. Royal and North Avenue.Seconds later, another car pulled up beside them as well.“Three doors opened, three guys jumped out and started opening fire on the squeegee kids, so I ducked behind the dashboard, the witness said.The gunfire ended and the 17-year-old boy had been shot. Police described it as a targeted shooting. They don t think it had anything to do with the fact that the teen was cleaning windows.The witness thinks he heard at least eight ro
