Four people reported shot in Poconos-area incidents

At least four people were injured Monday following shootings at multiple locations in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, according to Mount Pocono Borough Mayor Michael Penn.
The incidents began shortly before 5:30 p.m., according to emergency broadcasts from officials in Monroe County in the Poconos region. The crime scenes spanned communities in Coolbaugh and Tobyhanna townships, Mount Pocono Borough officials said in a posting on Penn’s Facebook page.
As of 10 p.m., Penn had posted in an update that no suspects are in custody yet, and police are asking residents in the area to shelter in place and report suspicious activity. The incidents were being reported by multiple news outlets, including Lehigh Valley Live.
