You have to be careful in the area where they milled the roads and paved some of the lanes i want kind of uneven and bumpy in spots, take it easy and drop the speeds as you travel the conshohocken. As you travel the vine street expressway, the lanes are open, overnight construction crews cleared out. They returned around 11 00 p. M. Tonight.
