The 2021 Nigerian Real Estate & Property Awards will hold on May 2 at the Ball Room, Oriental Hotel Lagos.
A statement by the Executive Director of Emagez Solutions, Mr Uwabor Joshua said the award “is a celebration of innovation, leadership and growth of the real estate and property sector.
The statement said the award would honour real estate game changers, companies, products and personalities that had made contribution to the development of the sector.
It said the Nigerian Real Estate & Property Awards “is an initiative of Emagez Solutions, but partnering the Federal Ministry of Works & Housing, Africa Development Bank, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and Federal Housing Authority.

This took place at CPM International, Ikotun-Egbe on December 19, 2020 and was met with so much gratitude from the recipients who were overwhelmed by the show of love as the air was filled with so much emotions, tears of joy and sincere appreciation to Malta Guinness and the organisers of the Aunt Landa’s Market Square for the truckload of gifts shared.

Popular humanitarian, Dr Yolanda N. George-David, also known as Aunt Landa has announced plans for the 7th Edition’ of Aunt Landa Market Square tagged “The Restart Edition” set to hold at CPM International, Egbe, Lagos on Saturday, 19th December 2020.
The Aunt Landa Market Square is a platform for the less privileged to buy food, clothes, medicine and other things for free at the price of the “Aunt Landa Love Currency”(Zero Naira wrapped in God’s love) to purchase all items.
It has been revealed that the market will open to the public, and for the less privileged to shop for free, as well as acquire free vocational training courtesy Aunt Landa’s Free Tertiary Academy.
