Former mayor Carolina Dellosa of Baliuag, Bulacan may spend up to eight years in prison in connection with the anomalous purchase of a sport utility vehicle in 2014.
The Sandiganbayan has convicted former mayor Carolina Lacson Dellosa of Baliwag town, now a city in Bulacan, of graft in the irregular purchase of a vehicle in 2014.
Dellosa was sentenced to a prison term ranging from six to eight years with perpetual disqualification to hold public office.
