Avex Picture Schedules 1st Restaurant to Another World Anime Season Blu-ray Box Set

The summer 2017 anime series for Restaurant to Another World is getting its home video releases handled by Avex Pictures. Originally, the twelve-episode series received a six-volume release that began on September 22nd, 2017. The DVDs are priced at 5,800 yen while the Blu-rays are at 6,800 yen. Now, Avex has scheduled the first box set release for it where it’ll arrive on September 24th, 2021. The set will be a three-disc release and not a repackaging of the original six discs and it’ll also include the original soundtrack with it. Masato Jinbo directed the project and handled the series composition. Takao Sano and Keiichi Sano worked on the character designs with Silver Link handling the animation production.

MVM UK Schedules First Is The Order A Rabbit?? Anime Season Blu-ray Release

The distributor has now set a September 13th, 2021 release for the first season of the show with a Blu-ray-only release. It’ll be priced at £29.99 and will be a monolingual release in Japanese only with English subtitles. No extras are currently listed for it but we expect it’ll mirror the North American release which had the clean theme song sequences only. Check out our review of this season.

The twelve-episode TV series is getting a six-volume release on both DVD and Blu-ray that began on December 25th, 2020. The DVDs are priced at 5,000 yen each while the Blu-rays are priced at 6,000 yen, both formats of which are all listed as limited editions.
