Chattanooga State Takes 2 Softball Wins Over Cleveland State Wednesday, March 10, 2021
Chattanooga State softball won a doubleheader over visiting Cleveland State on Wednesday afternoon.
In the first game, the Tigers won 8-2. McCoy Hensley had a three-hit day, including a home run to drive in both Cleveland State runs.
In the second game, the Lady Cougars suffered an 8-1 defeat. Kaylee Hughes continued her hot streak, hitting another home run to drive in the lone Cleveland State run.
The Lady Cougars will be back in action on Saturday as they host Motlow State in a doubleheader. First pitch is scheduled for 12 p.m.
