At 12.09 pm, the issue attracted bids for 58,33,75,500 shares, or 27.95 times against the issue size of 2,08,71,000 shares. The retail portion of the issue was subscribed at 40.38 times, and the non-institutional category s subscription rate stood at 27.72 times. The allocation for qualified institutional bidders was booked 9%.
The issue, which is completely fresh equity of 2.74 crore shares, has created a strong buzz in the grey market as the company s shares are trading at over 180% premium compared to the offer price.
