There. The mayor said that no one in this city is above the law. And what we have been witnessing throughout the day from people here in baltimore is celebration. A lot of folks here have been coming to city hall and have been demonstrating saying they are happy to see that these officers have been charged. The states attorney was saying earlier today that she is going to pursue these charges. This is without the benefit of a grand jury, but the states attorney deciding this is something she is willing to do on her own. Peaceful protesters streamed down baltimores streets.
