Tiger Nation and local community businesses filled the Jerry Alexander Football Field at Moss Point High School.
About 26 vendors volunteer school supplies, backpacks, food, and tons of school spirit.
Moss Point School District invited students grades K through 12 to partake in the fun.
MSPD is also requiring all students and staff to wear masks while at school and the first day of class is August 4
th.
At the rally, Singing River Health System provided COVID vaccine shots to parents and students who qualify and want the vaccine.
They say the community partnership with Singing River makes it more convenient to get more shots in arms.

MOSS POINT, Miss. (WLOX) - Several different jobs are available right now in Moss Point schools. The Moss Point School District held a job fair Wednesday in hopes of filling some of those positions and to help expedite the process.
The job fair was hosted at Magnolia Middle School and allowed applicants to meet face-to-face with school officials from across the district. Booths from every department filled the middle school gymnasium hoping to attract job seekers.
