Agreement to support Air Force program DAYTON Parallax Advanced Research signed a collaborative agreement with Idea Connection Systems (ICS) of Rochester, New York, to support the U.S. Air Force Academic Partnership Engagement Experiment (APEX) partnership intermediary program, which is managed by Parallax.
