Production has begun on the second season of Sky’s Funny Woman, with Gemma Arterton (The King’s Man, Summerland) returning in the lead role as comedian Sophie Straw.
Clare-Hope Ashitey told UPI she wanted to star in the new dramedy series, "Funny Woman," because it let her explore what it was like to be a woman of color in the workplace of another era in time.
