The Zondo Commission of Inquiry into allegations of state capture continued to reveal troubling revelations at the State Security Agency (SSA) where three former ministers, a former ambassador and several senior officials were implicated in wrongdoing.
At the centre of the hearing into SSA related matters on Thursday, was the evidence given by ‘Miss K’ from an undisclosed location. K, whose identity is protected, is a member of the SSA’s Veza investigation team, which is involved in ongoing investigations of a sensitive nature.

MISS K, a State Security Agency (SSA) employee testifying from a secret location, gave explosive evidence at the Zondo Commission yesterday.
Siyabonga Cwele, David Mahlobo and Bongani Bongo were fingered as three former intelligence ministers in the abuse of the spy agency’s mandate.
She said she worked on Project Veza with Mr Y, another protected witness. Project Veza is aimed at cleaning up the agency.
Miss K’s evidence was largely based on an affidavit from Mr Y, who is in hospital.

Three ministers were on Wednesday fingered for actively aiding the collapse of the State Security Agency (SSA) during former president Jacob Zuma’s years.
Former state security ministers Siyabonga Cwele, David Mahlobo and Bongani Bongo were accused at the state capture commission of using the agency to advance the interests of Zuma.
