Moyne Community Groups Encouraged To Apply The Moyne Shire Council is encouraging local community groups and organisations, to apply for funding as part of its 2021 Community Grants Program. Applications are now open for Council’s Community Assistance Funding, with grants of up to $20,000 on offer to help support local initiatives that benefit the wider community. Moyne Shire Mayor, Cr Daniel Meade said that the program has helped many local groups achieve some great projects. “Each year, Council’s Community Assistance Funding helps our local community organisations, sporting clubs and other groups, to bring their projects to life,” said Cr Meade.
