Kimberly Jo (Touvell) Neff, 58 of Senecaville Kimberly Jo (Touvell) Neff, 58, of Senecaville, passed away Saturday (January 9, 2021) at the Morrison House in Zanesville. She was born March 23, 1962 in Cambridge and was the daughter of Frank and Carol (Long) Touvell of Lore City. Kim was a 1980 graduate of Meadowbrook High School, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from West Liberty State College. She was formerly employed at Meadowbrook High School where she taught Special Education and Physical Education. She and her husband Dale were owners of the 70-77 truck stop from 1985-1999. She was currently employed with Lomeda. She was a member of Lore City United Methodist Church. Kim enjoyed candle making and primitive crafts, and loved her dogs and cats.
