somebody in their family would have said, this is dangerous behavior and we need to step in. that person does not deserve that. joey: the republicans have done a terrible job of explaining because if you say this is a mental health issue and let s do red flag laws, oh, wait, but you can t do that because constitutional rights. to back yourself into a corner. the one think the republicans need to do a better job and it is excellent this bill, if there is a conviction, red flag action based on a conviction. if you are convicted of domestic violence, convicted of harming animals or threatening someone, hey, this person made a threat and plus take their guns away. the republicans need to do a better job defining that and it s in legislation with adjudication. that is what republicans that is constitutionality of red flag law. carley: and people who wrongfully accused somebody of violent behavior and get them into a situation where their guns are taken away wrongfully. we can t have
