thank you so much for being with us. good morning christy. you have written a piece and you say that it s time to end stone walling on police shootings. elaborate on that. what are you calling for? well, we keep on hearing the cases and we have talked about it on this show and others about how many times there are the cases that people appear to be under circumstances and unarmed people killed by the police. we don t know how often that takes place. as amazing as it sounds a law was passed and mandating that there s an annual report of how often this happens. now there are 17,000 police departments all over if country, ask they have some incentives to provide and it s not provided, and we do not know how often this happens. it s amazing in a way.
