Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins says his side "lacked big team mentality" after they threw away a two-goal lead to draw 3-3 at home to Brentford. Watkins had given Villa the lead before Morgan Rogers doubled the hosts' advantage 32 seconds after the second half.
