WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Watertown doctor is accused of sexually abusing a patient.
State police allege 36-year-old Dr. Daniel Morgan inappropriately touched a female patient during an appointment at Morgan Osteopathic Medicine in Watertown.
He was charged with third-degree sex abuse, a misdemeanor.
Morgan was ticketed and is scheduled to appear in Watertown Town Court on January 14.
Note: police originally said Morgan is a chiropractor.

State police charged Dr. Daniel E. Morgan, 36, Watertown, on Wednesday with third-degree sex abuse.
According to state police, Dr. Morgan is accused of inappropriately touching a female patient during a chiropractic appointment at Morgan Osteopathic Medicine, 21101 Route 12F.
Dr. Morgan was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town Court at 9 a.m. Jan. 14.

Watertown, N.Y. A Watertown doctor was arrested Wednesday on charges that he sexually abused a female patient during an appointment.
Dr. Daniel E. Morgan, 36, was charged with third-degree sex abuse, a misdemeanor. State police said Morgan, a doctor of osteopathic medicine
who operates Morgan Osteopathic Medicine in Watertown, inappropriately touched the patient during an appointment.
Morgan was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Watertown Court.
