The Peripheral has added Jack Reynor (
Strange Angel) to the cast. He joins Chloë Grace Moretz (
Suspiria) and Gary Carr (
The Burnt Orange Heresy) and
Westworld creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy.
Reynor will play Burton, the brother to Moretz’s Flynne. He is “a veteran of the United States Marine Corps’ elite Haptic Recon force, is hired for a security job which takes place in what he thinks is cyberspace. When Flynne temporarily takes his place, she witnesses something that might have been murder.”
Based on the novel by William Gibson,
The Peripheral follows Flynne Fisher (Moretz), “a woman trying to hold together the pieces of her broken family in a forgotten corner of tomorrow’s America. Flynne is smart, ambitious and doomed. She has no future – until the future comes calling for her.”
