Kempsey Shire Council’s works teams have been working steadily the past few weeks to restore many of the roads and bridges across our shire that were damaged in the recent flood disaster.
Much of the work has been completed however there is still more to be done.
Moparrabah Road:
Access has been reinstated for residents on Moparrabah Road to Willi Willi Road
The road remains closed at the causeway structure on Parrabel/Majors Creek
Plans were already in place for a new bridge to be constructed adjacent to the old causeway. This is expected to be delivered mid-year in 2021
