FARGO In the next two years, more than $125 million will be pumped directly into cities, counties and schools in the Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area from the American Rescue Plan President Joe Biden signed in late March.
That has local officials and staff pondering and even creating wish lists of projects that the pandemic relief funds can be used for in the coming months and even possibly into next year.
