but a new girl can t just walk in and get down to business. before london can start booking clients, she has to be checked for stds by a doctor who makes regular trips to the bunny ranch. if she s not clean, she can t work. hi. you new? i m new. i don t have the greatest veins so hopefully you re good at this. every woman who works here is obligated to get checked every single week. and they have to pay how much every week? 70 for a culture and 118 for blood work and culture. and that comes out of your pocket? it s out of our pocket. we can t use our insurance, but we can deduct it. what happens if the doctors find something? say you got chlamydia, you ll take ten days off and come back to work when you re clear. we don t get too many girls inside the house that come up what we call dirty. but new girls coming in. girls will normally get dirty not from working here but from your relationships back home.
