Andrew Price, a 47-year-old father of two, is charged with murder and two firearms offences over the death of Jarrad Lovison in Victoria s east last year. He made the bail application in the Supreme Court of Victoria on Tuesday. Mr Lovison went missing from the town of Newborough in April last year.

Incredible twist to bush murder mystery as dad-of-two makes bid for freedom

02:34 EDT, 19 January 2021 A father-of-two accused of killing his girlfriend s ex has made a bid for release from jail by making the claim there may not have even been a murder.  Andrew Price, 47, is charged with murder and two firearm offences over the mysterious death of Victorian man Jared Lovison in 2020.  Mr Lovison, 28, went missing from the town of Newborough in the state s east in April, sparking a frantic search effort which ended with his body being found in Moondarra State Park more than five weeks later.  Victorian man Jared Lovison (pictured) was found dead in bushland in Victoria s east in 2020
