Michael Damon Moon, 21, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, was arrested Wednesday night on charges of first-offense OWI, false report of an indictable offense to a public entity and failure to maintain control. A Wisconsin man tipped over his pickup after leaving an Adel tavern Wednesday night, and he told police he was fleeing an armed man. Michael Damon Moon, 21, of 1731 Moon Court, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, was charged with first-offense OWI, false report of an indictable offense to a public entity and failure to maintain control. The incident began about 9:45 p.m. in the 200 block of S. Ninth Street in Adel, where an officer with the Adel Police Department responded to a report of a rollover accident.
