Gardeners World presenter Monty Don has shared a poignant tribute to his late dog Nellie, now on display in his famous garden, with fans praising the lovely idea .

But she was left with numerous health issues as a result of labour.
Sarah explained: I had slipped a disc, a result of the bodged delivery, and was so anaemic that I needed a blood transfusion.
Despite the visible pain she was in and with a newborn baby, the former jewellery maker revealed the hospital made them pay their medical bills there and then, with little thought for her wellbeing. My injuries weren t acknowledged and as we tried to leave the hospital, I had to walk down thee flights of stairs because the lift had broken.

Gardeners’ World presenter Monty Don, 65, has sparked an outpouring of love and support from his fans after he shared a photo of his late dog Nigel in view of his 752,000 Instagram followers. The American Gardens host’s beloved Golden Retriever died eight months ago after he fell ill and suffered from “violent fits all night”.
