The new owners of an undeveloped lot on Broadway announced Tuesday their purchase of a commercial building in Nashville s 12 South neighborhood. The $3 million building at 1204 Elmwood Avenue will serve as the corporate office for Nashville-based Big Plan Holdings, which purchased the $9.4 million 405 Broadway property in October with plans to build a multi-story music and entertainment business there.
