PRINCETON Monti Farms & Deli on Princeton Road is open again after a two-week shut down that began Nov. 23 as a result of an employee testing positive for COVID-19.
“My immediate reaction to hearing that one of my employees tested positive was shock,” said owner Michael Watkins. “The shock quickly changed to action. Through this entire pandemic I had prepared myself for this exact moment. It was inevitable that we would have to close because of our exposure to people seven days a week. I’m thankful we lasted this long without a positive case.”
