A couple of months ago, I was thrown into a tough situation when I had no time, will, and means to follow a proper skincare routine. On most days, I was out of the house without even a sunscreen on (statutory warning: don’t try this), let alone following a proper routine. All I could manage to do was wash my face, sometimes just with water, and use a niacinamide cream at night once in three or four days, if I had energy to do so after a long day outdoors.
