And a gun is put to our undercovers head. Police say the men tried to rob the officer. Thats when the officer signaled to his backup team that open fire on the suspect. But two bullets struck and killed an innocent bystander behind one of the suspects. Police say they identified the victim as 61yearold felix kumy. Yes. I see him all the time. He got shot.
