For me, it will always be the Milford Track. I walked the track in January this year and found the scenery fascinating. It’s the best place to get the complete ‘in-touch with nature experience’ and be surrounded by native bush. It was also the chance to meet some really lovely people during the five-day group tour I did. What s your secret backyard favourite spot? I love Monte Cecilia Park in Hillsborough. It’s one I use often and is such a lovely place for a good 15-minute walk. You get a great view of One Tree Hill and the historical Pah Homestead, an art gallery at the top of the hill. The park is a great place for a little picnic.
