A Yellowstone County District Court judge officially struck down three voting bills passed by the Montana state Legislature in 2021, according to a Sept. 30 court decision.
The ruling comes amid multi-pronged election administration litigation and also blocks new voter ID requirements adopted by the 2021 Montana Legislature.
