Grubich appointed to serve on the Eighth Judicial District Court in Great Falls MTN and last updated 2021-07-09 18:07:52-04 GREAT FALLS — Governor Greg Gianforte on Wednesday announced that he is appointing David Grubich to serve on the Eighth Judicial District Court in Great Falls. Grubich will fill the vacancy left when the Montana State Senate declined to confirm Michele Reinhart Levine, who was appointed to the bench in November 2020. He will be sworn in to serve on the Montana Eighth Judicial District soon, and he will be up for election in 2022. Grubich graduated from the University of Montana in 2007, and the UM School of Law in 2010. He has served as District Standing Master with the Montana Eighth Judicial District Court since August 2018. Before that time, he served in private practice in Great Falls.
