Nursing home and retirement complex to be built next to Toll Bar roundabout
It is alongside 239 new homes at Toll Bar
A multi-million pound housing development in Grimsby will include a 66-bedroom nursing home and 58 retirement apartments.
North East Lincolnshire Council has received detailed plans for the nursing home and retirement block next to be built next to Toll Bar roundabout.
Kings Road investments Ltd have submitted the plans to the council and aim to build the site alongside 239 new homes off Station Road, New Waltham.
The new development will provide a range of care facilities for independent living, as well as 24-hour care for those most in need.
