This morning, another ground of potentially dangerous arctic air is sweeping across the border from canada, hitting the upper midwest with temperatures well below normal and the possibility of more snow. The coldest temperatures will be in the northern great plains and great lakes. In some areas, 10 to 30 degrees below normal. And windchill advisories are posted in minnesota and the dakotas. In western indiana a tributary of the wabash river was blocked by an ice jam and flooded. Large chunks of ice were pushed on to the shore, damaging trucks, cars and homes. So this is really important for you to kind of reacclimate yourself.
