In talking to the Controllers Office, it appears that there are 14,000 vendors with the city and county of San Francisco. That was in fiscal year 2014. And that the Controllers Office estimates that only 11 of those 14,000 vendors have 20 or more employees, meaning that they would be subject to this ordinance.
