work because there s no consequences. the only way you are going to fix this in my humble opinion is you have to look at anything from the national guard on our streets. we would send military in other countries to make our streets safe for americans. need to bring back neighborhood watches. i mean, i m not talking about formingmilitias, but in some cases that s what s being done. none of them are getting training. they are trying to get a quick fix of the monster they have created. this is something you can say i m going to crack down on crime. sure you are. how are you going to do it? you have no police officers. the ones you have, their morale is beat to death. they are looking over their shoulders. it is a money making business to get someone to start fighting with a police officer because if you take video of it, he or she is fired. there s no quick fix. no interview. get off camera. start meeting with governors. i don t know who you talk to in
he s preaching. unfortunately he s not. we have to be honest as the doctor was talking earlier. listen, we run the dinner bell. the fantasy woke liberal thing where every criminal is a struggling artist, you not only through mainstream media and your policies, you have cut the legs out from under our police department. you have made it fashionable to go after them. you praise groups to protest them. so we have lost our police department. even in best case scenario, if you dumped 20 billion dollars into the police forces across this country, it takes 18 months to get a new officer trained and ready to be on the streets, best case scenario. what that means is, for the next good year, probably going into 2023, we are going to see this. you have not only emboldened criminals. you have impassioned them. you have made it a money-making business in this country. gangs no longer meet in secret. they gather on facebook and then 80 of them show up. it is not just gang members. it is people who d
analogy where essentially no dissenting views or even contrary or less and less contrary information is allowed in. if you look at the seats republicans are still representing in the house, they are overwhelmingly nonurban, predominantly white, very little diversity left. in the senate the republicans are concentrated in the states with the fewest immigrants, least exposure to the new economy. fox is some combination of a political institution and a money making business, is kind of being drawn toward that kind of vision of separatism. i ve always thought that the division between the opinion and news division of fox can be over stated. you look at the morning show and it is hard to see where that was. to the extent there was one he embodied it and the fact he is now gone kind of crystalizes the larger trend. gone from fox but he says he is not gone from the industry. he is going to take some time
in the money making business who think we are on shaky ground in terms of our economic future. jesse: i thought this was obama s economy. juan: it has been in terms of getting us out go jesse: but now that it s going down, it is trump s economy. juan: trump has tried very hard in terms of saying i cut regulations, cut taxes for the rich. most of that tax cut katie: the new york times did a fact-check on that. juan: 25% of the cart went to the 1%. here s the other tell. donald trump is going after the fed. jerome powell. he says it s the fed is the bigger threat to our economy than china. he says we need more tax cuts. i think he says let s think about cutting the payroll tax. he sees that there is trouble coming. he wouldn t be saying these things if he wasn t worried. the anxiety tells you it s not the media, it s wall street and
all of these mass shootings, the one in texas, the one here, a lot of people think oh this won t happen to me. this didn t happen to me. and it will happen to you. and i would love for them just to get ahold of it. i mean, you know, i understand it s a money making business, but at what cost? family members are hurting. from their loved ones because someone is angry. and then they re able to get hold of a gun and just mow people down. and it s just unfortunate and it s sad. and i wish they would do something about it. they can do stuff about any other thing and they can definitely do something about this gun. they can do something about this. donna johnson, i hope they were listening to you this morning. thank you for taking the time to be with us. thank you for telling us more about t.j. important to continue to honor the memory as you said so his four children know what a force of love he was. donna, thank you and our condolences again. thank you.
