Dutch Trust UBO Register Goes Live November 1st

As per 1 November 2022 the Dutch Trust UBO Register goes live. EU AML legislation already required information on UBOs of other entities to be made public in the UBO registers in the EEA. Trustees will be required to disclose details of the trust and UBO information.
