arrests at this point. in seattle, demonstrators were joined by macklemore and also in chicago late monday, roughly 200 protesters marched on lake shore drive shutting it down following the announcement of the grand jury s decision. that protest in chicago did remain peaceful but we obviously cannot say that for the protests tonight and on monday night in ferguson, missouri. josh, i m sure so many are wondering what s going to happen to their community tomorrow. any sense of what law enforcement have been told? any sort of federal mandate that they re suggesting law enforcement do? reporter: when police departments heard that this decision was going to be announced they automatically went on tactical alert because they were prepared. they knew that there would be protests, they knew that there was the chance that people would be upset about this decision. now, how long do these protests continue, are they going to get bigger, is the weekend comes, we just don t know at this point b
